In May and June our company carried out overhaul of the circular wagon dumper OKE 1-4, at the 16th horizon of the Ridder-Sokolny mine.
The repair included: complete replacement of the main load-bearing steel structures, replacement of all mechanisms and drives, as well as the rotor of the car dumper.
Coordinated and properly organized preparatory and ongoing work made it possible to deliver the facility 7 days earlier than the planned delivery date, which amounted to 36 days.

Systematic rejection of the use of obsolete construction machines, aimed at updating the active part of fixed assets, to increase the efficiency of the Company's investment activities and obtain economic benefits from the acquisition of Chinese-made mining equipment
Back in 2021, we decided to gradually introduce Chinese-made self-propelled mining equipment into the local tunneling complexes of the Artemyevskaya mine, Maleevsky and Ridder-Sokolny mines. To do this, in November 2021, the chief engineer and site managers were tasked to analyze the dependence of the rate of penetration on the performance indicators of the precinct tunneling complexes and determine the expected effective useful life; each unit, to assess operational productivity based on production factors and mining and geological conditions of the mine (mine, deposit).
The two-year functional diagnostics of the technical condition of the main components and aggregates of Chinese-made mining equipment during its targeted operation in a given period of time was based on such criteria as: the natural operating environment at the field; the coefficient of the aggregate state of the equipment according to the conditions of the field; the duration of use, taking into account the coefficient of the aggregate state, which allowed to establish its potential operability and service life up to major repairs or write-offs as they wear out completely. The mechanical services of the sites for two years have monitored the parameters of the functioning of the Chinese-made machine in the sinking technology and compared the actual values obtained with the factory recommendations for service life, which are necessary to predict the service life of the equipment introduced into the technology and its individual units and assemblies, in order to timely replace and update.
To date, it can be noted that the economic effect of investments in the purchase of Chinese-made mining equipment has been obtained, due to which we now have the opportunity to minimize the potential risks of downtime from various equipment breakdowns, as well as to ensure uninterrupted and correct operation of machines in technology and the implementation of production programs and expectations of our Customers.
